The Hammock Quilt by Snugpak is a great way to increase the comfort of resting in a hammock on colder days. Made of soft and pleasant to the touch material, it provides good thermal insulation, while allowing you to move freely. It will prove particularly useful as a complement to the Under Blanket.
The manufacturing technology is similar to that used in sleeping bags. The quilt is made from a combination of antibacterial Paratex fabric, which prevents the formation of unpleasant odors, and waterproof Microdiamond fabric. The filling is Travelsoft insulation, with properties that maintain temperature even when wet.
The quilt's dimensions allow it to comfortably cover the entire body. Side flaps and a leg pocket help keep the quilt in one place preventing it from slipping off. The included compression pouch allows you to reduce the size as much as possible when packed, making it easier to transport in a backpack.
