The Ganzo D727M-GR has a strong hilt and very good cutting properties.
Thanks to the use of D2 carbon steel with a hardening of 58-60 HRC, the blade of the D727M-GR knife is durable, retains its properties and is suitable for sharpening, for example, with a pocket sharpener, even by inexperienced people. The handle of the Ganzo knife is equipped with contoured G10 plastic liners and the notched texture of the grip and its ergonomic profile contribute to comfort and safety in use.

For efficient unfolding of the knife, the manufacturer used a special peg, thanks to which the knife can be efficiently operated with one hand. This is a proven solution for both right- and left-handed people. When unfolded, the safety of use is taken care of by the proven G-Lock.
